Primal, hylic forces of the egg´s
ictus crack to life: rogue mashiah
takes its birth--

a milky ceruse of spurt
and egesta: in extemis, a piyut
releasing light from the husks--

falls up, falls forward, untrammeled,
emptied full of eidola, God to yoke
to chunks of unbaked clay--

a new Holy Writ, knowing
which knows back, coming
to a standstill.
